Acceskeys is seeking established and reputable staffing companies or talent suppliers capable of providing professionals with certified Japanese language skills. The demand is for individuals who can work effectively with Japanese Banks and other prominent Japanese companies, either remotely or onsite in Japan.

This is a significant opportunity to partner with Acceskeys in fulfilling critical talent needs for our Japanese clientele across various sectors.

Ideal Supplier Profile

• Access to Certified Talent: Proven ability to source and verify professionals with recognized Japanese language certifications (e.g., JLPT levels N1, N2, N3, etc.).
• Diverse Sector Coverage: Experience in supplying talent for various industries, specifically:

  • IT (Information Technology)
  • Non-IT (various professional roles)
  • Banking & Finance
  • BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
• Vetting & Screening Process: Robust processes for evaluating both technical/domain skills and Japanese language proficiency.
• Deployment Flexibility: Ability to provide candidates willing to work remotely or relocate/work onsite in Japan as per client requirements.
• Compliance & Logistics: Understanding of (or willingness to learn) the necessary compliance, visa, and logistical aspects for deploying talent to Japan (if onsite).
• Scalability: Capacity to manage a consistent pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing demands.

Role of Acceskeys

Acceskeys will act as the primary liaison between the Japanese clients and the selected talent suppliers. We will manage client requirements, coordinate the sourcing process, and facilitate the engagement terms. Our goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with reliable suppliers who can consistently deliver high-quality, Japanese-certified professionals.
